In early 2019, Tiffany Flaska joined KPEP as a Resident Coordinator, quickly learning the intricacies of the program while aspiring to become a Case Manager. By 2021, she achieved this goal and excelled in the role for three years before advancing to Program Manager of the Muskegon KPEP location in 2024. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University in 2015 and gained valuable experience interning with the Muskegon Parole & Probation offices.
