Details
KPEP has provided services at our facility at 985 East Barney in Muskegon since November 2002. KPEP currently provides residential services at this location. The Michigan Department of Corrections parole offices are also located on site.

KATHRYN CARLSON
PROGRAM MANAGER
Kathryn has worked for KPEP since 2017. She graduated from Ferris State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice and a minor in forensic science. During her years at KPEP, she started as a full-time Resident Coordinator at the Chicago Facility for women. Later, Kathryn transferred to the Muskegon Facility where she continued her position as resident coordinator before being promoted to case manager in March of 2018. At that time, she worked with residential substance abuse treatment residents and the sex offender program. Kathryn was then promoted to Program Manager of the Muskegon Facility in December 2019. Kathryn enjoys working with the clients and making an impact on their lives.
