KPEP has provided services at our facility at 985 East Barney in Muskegon since November 2002. KPEP currently provides residential services at this location. The Michigan Department of Corrections parole offices are also located on site.

TIFFANY FLASKA
PROGRAM MANAGER
In early 2019, Tiffany Flaska joined KPEP as a Resident Coordinator, quickly learning the intricacies of the program while aspiring to become a Case Manager. By 2021, she achieved this goal and excelled in the role for three years before advancing to Program Manager of the Muskegon KPEP location in 2024. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University in 2015 and gained valuable experience interning with the Muskegon Parole & Probation offices. Prior to KPEP, she worked with MOKA and GT Independence, assisting individuals with disabilities, which deepened her understanding of diverse populations. Tiffany is passionate about helping others and believes that with the right tools and support, people can transform their lives.

APRIL NACHTIGAL
DIRECTOR OF TREATMENT SERVICES
April started her career at KPEP in 2004 as a full-time resident coordinator. She has held several positions including resident coordinator supervisor, case manager, therapist and program manager/clinical supervisor before her current role as Director of Treatment Services. April came to the job with extensive experience completing assessments and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions. She is a Certified Clinical Supervisor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in psychology from Western Michigan University in 1996 and 1999 respectively. Prior to joining KPEP, April worked with adjudicated youth.
