Empowering Second Chances, Building Stronger Communities.
We operate residential and non-residential programs for adult offenders as a community-based alternative to incarceration. We provide the opportunity and structure for men and women to take personal responsibility in their lives.
We build community
At KPEP, we partner with law enforcement, corrections, Bureau of Prisons, probation and parole departments, and circuit court judges to provide adult offenders with a meaningful alternative to incarceration through comprehensive residential and non-residential programs.
Some of our services include transitional housing, work release programs, and access to cognitive behavioral therapy, all designed to promote accountability and personal growth. As a valued resource to the probation process, we offer a structured environment that helps individuals rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community. By focusing on effective solutions through our rehabilitation facilities, we empower men and women to take responsibility for their futures, fostering safer communities and a lasting positive impact.
