Provide recovery based, person centered, culturally competent assessments, intake and evaluations, and group and individual sessions to residential and/or outpatient caseload.  Develop person centered treatment plans, facilitate evidence based program delivery, and provide advocacy and referrals when appropriate.  Complete progress notes in the SOAP/DAP format, generate monthly reports and maintain client records in accordance with standards and procedures identified in  KPEP Policy and Procedures.  Abide by all legal requirements of confidentiality and ethical standards.
