KPEP Board member Brian Uridge retired from the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety in August after serving the Department for 23 years. At the time of his retirement from KDPS, Brian also resigned from the KPEP Board of Directors, after serving over 10 years. We wish him all the best on his future endeavors and appreciate his commitment and support of KPEP over the last several years.
Replacing Brian on the Board of Directors is fellow KDPS Assistant Chief, Don Webster. Don says he is very much looking forward to working with the KPEP Board. He remarks “I appreciate the opportunity to serve as a board member with an organization that improves lives and has a positive impact on the community. Over the last five years, the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety has worked in partnership with KPEP on various projects that continue to benefit the community.” Don will also serve on the Kalamazoo Sub-Committee, which reviews programming and services offered in Kalamazoo County.
